Just before a police officer pulled a motorcyclist over for speeding through a red light early Monday morning, the bike crashed into a Ford Mustang in Garland.

While the condition of the other driver involved in the collission at Jupiter and Kingsley roads is not known, the motorcycle’s rider was taken to Baylor Medical Center in Garland where he died.

Motorcycle accidents happen far too often. While 80 percent are not the fault of the motorcyclist, in incidents like these motorcycle riders become cocky and careless and cause deadly collisions.

If you or someone you know has been injured in an accident involving a motorcycle and are not at fault, contact a motorcycle accident attorney to discuss your case.
