Financial services company Dollar Financial Corp. has agreed to pay up to $5.8 million dollars to settle three class action lawsuits filed by former employees.
The suit alleged that Dollar misclassified certain of it store managers as exempt under wage and hour laws in California. The Plaintiffs also claimed dollar used an improper profit-sharing formula in computing bonuses paid to store managers.
