The Dallas Police Chief has decided to restrict the speed of his officers to no more than 20 mph over the posted limit, unless it is a case of another officer needing assistance. This is a horribly tragic event and our hearts go out to Cole’s family during this very difficult time. We will update you as the story progresses.
